Notifications

Pleevi sends notifications via MQTT to help you monitor the health of your sites and the status of the optimization and forecasting processes.

You can find the notification topics to subscribe to on the connection details on a site.

How to retrieve the MQTT notification topic

You can find the MQTT topic to subscribe to in the connection details of a site. There are two ways to retrieve it:

  1. Via the API

    • Query the site details using: GET /sites/<site_id>
    • See the API documentation for more information.
  2. Via the Developer Portal

    • Go to https://portal.pleevi.ai
    • Navigate to Sites.
    • Select the site you want.
    • Open Settings and scroll to Connections to find the MQTT topic details.

Supported Events

We emit notifications for the following events:

- OPTIMIZATION_FAILED_EVENT

Indicates that an optimization process for a site has failed.

- FORECAST_TRAINING_FAILED_EVENT

Indicates that a forecasting model training for a site has failed.

- SITE_INVALID

Indicates that the site configuration is invalid.
Review the site provided in the payload to identify and correct the issues.
